		<description>Ok, maybe it is just the contractors around here :). Unfortunately we do not have a contract for it. In the rush to get it going and insurance happy we were more focused on simply getting things moving than the &quot;little&quot; details like contracts. We just simply have it set up with the general contractor in a way that makes sure we don&#039;t end up with any bills at the end and that he deals directly with the insurance company.

By the way, I dedicate my next post (tomorrow hopefully) to you ;)</description>

		<description>Not all contractors are slow! ;) Did you have a deadline associated with a signed contract for the work? I would never start a job like that in the winter without a very specific time frame attached to the work so everyone was on the same page.</description>

I&#039;m getting my beadboard so we might have to paint the trim and do as your Mom suggested. Which was to leave the window finished and finish the door, but leave the trim painted. Any thoughts on that one?!</description>
