That's what, $25 a month and an enormous amount of peace of mind? I'd absolutely do it. Our house in Hampton, VA is required to have flood insurance since it's 6 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean; every time there was a storm my heart was in my throat. Good luck with your decision!
