Shane – My sincerest congrats on both accounts! Those are two MAJOR life changes ahead, but you have my warmest wishes for success (in both, in fact!) I too am a software developer by trade; now a software dev. manager for a big Firm. I love my job, but have always considered what it would be like to be out on my own. Maybe one day – or maybe not. But I’m always excited when people step out like that!
